Newly revised full color artwork is masterfully applied to a book modeled piece of wood, sealed with a semigloss finish, and felt feet on the back will guard your table surface from scratches. Each one is made from solid wood, so there isn't any veneer or paint to peel or delaminate.
- Almost all of these drink coasters are made from the recycled scrap , and reclaimed from other sources whenever possible (less waste= more awesomeness!). I break down wine barrels, discarded furniture, tables, chairs, and other items to craft these mini works of art.. Flaws, knots or other unique qualities of the wood are often times left in or incorporated into the artwork, making each one completely unique!
- Materials vary based on scrap wood available, but are typically a random blend of Oak, Cherry, alder, Beech, walnut, mahogany, aromatic cedar, maple, hickory, white oak, ash, and pine. Each one is completely unique in grain and color. Some are as light as maple, some are a dark red from cedar,... and I will typically grab a random assortment of colors for you. Finished size is approx 3.5x4.5x0.5" . The thickness can vary slightly depending on the source of my wood, but is typically 0.5" thick.
